  • What is your return policy?

  • How do I initiate a return?
    To initiate a return or refund request, please follow the steps outlined in our Returns and Refunds page.
  • My order arrived but I ordered the wrong size. Can I do an exchange?
    We do not have an exchange option at this time; however, you can initiate a return* for eligible purchases and place a new order at your convenience. *Return shipping fees apply
  • What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
    Please contact us with a photo of what was received, and we’ll take care of it right away.
  • How long does it take to process a refund?
    For most items, it typically takes 7-10 business days to process a return. Once the return is processed, we’ll refund your original form of payment and we’ll be sure to send you an e-mail notification so you know it’s gone through.
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently offer shipping anywhere within Australia and to select international destinations. You can find more information about our shipping options on our Shipping Policy page. To stay updated on when we start shipping to your country, please join our mailing list for updates.
  • What is the cost of shipping?
    For orders within Australia, we offer FREE shipping, regardless of the order value. For international orders, shipping rates vary depending on the destination country. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for detailed information on international shipping rates.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    We don't currently offer expedited shipping options. However, rest assured that orders within metro Australia typically arrives within 3-4 business days. If you require your order urgently, please contact us directly. If you have any further questions about our shipping policy or need assistance with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We are continually evaluating our shipping options to provide the best service possible to our customers, both locally and internationally.
  • When will my order ship?
    In-stock items are typically processed within 2-3 business days, but please note that orders placed on a Friday may not ship until Monday.
  • Can I track my order?
    Sure can! You'll receive an email after your order's picked up from the fulfilment centre with all your tracking info. If you haven't received your email updates, please check your spam/junk folder!
  • My tracking isn't working.
    It may take 1-2 business days for tracking numbers to activate. Contact us with your order info, and we’ll track down your order.
  • How can I change my shipping address?
    We try to process orders quickly, but please contact us, and we’ll do our best to have the address updated before it is sent out.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
    If you need to cancel or modify your order, please Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not already been processed for shipping.
  • Can I check the status of my order?
    You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is processed for shipment, together with a tracking number.
  • When is my credit card charged?
    Your credit card will be charged during order processing, typically 1-2 business days.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as debit cards and PayPal.
  • I'm having trouble making an order/ at checkout.

  • Where can I purchase your products?
    In addition to purchasing directly on musepets.com, our products are available online through retailer partner Amazon Australia. Currently, we do not have our products available in physical stores.
  • What is your warranty policy?
    If purchased items are found to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a remedy such as a replacement or refund. Our products are made from high-quality and durable materials, but please note they are not indestructible.   • Do you have an affiliate/ loyalty program?
